FrostFlow is a national class Street dancer, with experience B-Boying, Popping & locking since 98'. Frost has credit through the establishment of the Ground Illusionz crew as one of the GTA's finest since 99', The Creation of Mississauga's first ever Hip-Hop cirriculm since 04' and the revolutionary, Social work through Hip-Hop, Canadian Arctic Projects with BluePrinForLife.ca

Frost Flow - OMNI 1

This video was aired on this March on OMNI 1. Unfortunately my VCR was down at the time but this version gets the message across. The segment highlights Frost Flow and focuses on the classes and community initiatives which he has been developing in the GTA. About half of the video is in portugese but it isn't difficult to follow.

Ground Illusionz @ Anime North

This Saturday, Ground Illusionz taught the first B-boy workshop at Anime North. The class took place at the Doubletree hotel at Dixon & Martin Grove. The attendees were eager, and caught on to the basics quickly. Next year we hope to do two classes which will again be open to anyone attending the conference.

We were happy to see everyone at the Saturday afterparty who came out and danced from across the GTA. If you are interested in enrolling in B-boy dance classes or private lessons, or if you need dancers for an event or shoot please contact me at groundillusionz@gmail.com.
